What is the shelf life of honey?
According to the Russian food standard, honey’s shelf life is 2 years (depending on storage conditions).

How can you prevent honey crystallization?
Crystallization or encapsulation of honey is a natural process of transition of a substance from one physical state (liquid) to another (more solid, crystalline) with full preservation of the valuable qualities of the product.
